Refund and Return Policy for Boutique Tech Hub

At Boutique Tech Hub, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer refund and return options as outlined below.

2. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process your return.

5. Gifts

Gift Purchases:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.
